A RECORD BREAKING YEAR FOR OUR SUMMER SHOW 2013
Records were smashed at our Summer Show this year. We attracted 386 entries from over 60 exhibitors who came from as far afield as Bristol, Poole, Swanage and Christchurch.
The dahlias were absolutely superb this year, the stars of the show, while the pot plants and vegetable were also very good.
Club members took the top prizes in the vegetable, pot plant and cookery sections.
It was pleasing to see new faces collecting awards this year, especially from local villages. Floral art was strong and the children’s section just grows from strength to strength.
A very big thank you to everyone who made 17th August 2013 so special.
